The purpose of this document is to provide a complete and clear set of rules for the “TRAILTOUR” event (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). These rules may only be amended by means of written addenda to this document.

1. Organizer of the Event

The organizer of the Event is VAVRYS CZ, with registered office at Uherskobrodská 983, 763 26 Luhačovice, Company ID No. 41601319, VAT ID No. CZ41601319, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 2389 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Date and Location

The Event takes place from September 1, 2025, 00:00 until October 31, 2025, 23:59 (the “Event Period”) in the Hungary and the Romania (the “Event Location”).

3. Participant

Only natural persons over the age of 15 may participate (the “Participant”).

4. Conditions of Participation

4.1 The Participant must complete each stage, i.e., one of the sections of the Event, using a device capable of recording GPS coordinates over time (commonly referred to as a GPS logger or GPS tracker).

The Participant must upload the GPS recording of the stage to Strava (via www.strava.com or the Strava mobile app for Android or iOS). The record must be visible to other users (not private) and must include the relevant “segment” designated for the challenge.

4.2 The Participant must complete the stage route solely by their own physical effort, using only walking or running.

4.3 The Participant must complete and submit the online registration form, and subsequently confirm their email address. Registration must be completed within 48 hours of completing the first stage of TRAILTOUR, but no later than 12:00 of the day following the end of the Event. The registration form must include the Participant’s Strava ID.

Each Participant registers only once, even if they complete multiple stages.

4.4 Stages count towards TRAILTOUR results only if completed during the Event Period (September 1 – October 31, 2025, inclusive).

4.5 Participation is at the Participant’s own risk.

4.6 The Participant acknowledges that stages are not officially marked and the Organizer is not responsible for proper navigation of the routes.

4.7 A Participant may repeat each stage any number of times. Each attempt, including repeats within the same day, will count towards the results—not only the fastest one.

4.8 Each stage must be uploaded to Strava and made public within 5 days of completion. If a stage does not pair with the designated segment, follow the instructions in the “How to Participate” section or contact trailtour@vavrys.cz. Failure to follow this rule may result in disqualification.

5. Event Evaluation

5.1 Stage Results

The fastest woman and fastest man in each stage will receive an original TRAILTOUR headband.

5.2. Overall TRAILTOUR Ranking

The overall ranking will be evaluated in the following categories:

1. climber (inov8)
   • men
   • women
2. sprinter (brooks)
   • men
   • women
3. gravel (craft)
   • men
   • women

Ranking principle:

Each Participant’s time will be converted into points. Points from all stages are summed. The winner is the Participant with the highest total points. Missing a stage = 0 points.

Point calculation:

1. Formula:

   B = 100*(2-Ti/Ts)

   Ti = time of the Participant

   Ts = average time of the 3 fastest Participants in that stage (Ts = (T1+T2+T3)/3)

   Negative results are counted as 0 points.

2. Each stage has a comparison coefficient that multiplies the point value.
3. The coefficient reflects length (stage length / 1000), elevation (elevation / 50), and an organizer’s balancing parameter. This balances fast, short, repeatable stages (sprinter) with long, demanding stages (climber, gravel).
4. Final score = point value × coefficient.
5. Interim rankings will be published for each category. Top 3 men and women will be awarded.

Rankings are updated continuously on the Event website.

Prizes:

Overall TRAILTOUR Ranking (men & women):

• 1st place – €1,000 voucher
• 2nd place – €500 voucher
• 3rd place – €300 voucher

Climber / INOV8 (men & women):

• 1st place – €200 voucher
• 2nd place – €100 voucher
• 3rd place – €50 voucher

Sprinter / BROOKS (men & women):

• 1st place – €200 voucher
• 2nd place – €100 voucher
• 3rd place – €50 voucher

Gravel / CRAFT (men & women):

• 1st place – €200 voucher
• 2nd place – €100 voucher
• 3rd place – €50 voucher

Lottery:

All Participants who complete at least one stage will be included in a prize draw, including winners.

For every 20 participants in the overall national ranking, one SILVA S-mini headlamp will be added to the prize pool (e.g., 1,000 participants = 50 headlamps).

Prizes cannot be claimed legally, exchanged for cash, or substituted.

6. Delivery of Prizes

The prize draw will take place at the Organizer’s office within 30 days after the Event ends. Winners will be announced no later than 30 days after the Event via Instagram trailtour.run and on the Dvent website www.trailtour.run.

All winners will also be contacted by email (to the address provided during registration).

7. Personal Data Processing and Rights

By participating, the Participant agrees to these rules and to the processing of their personal data by VAVRYS CZ, IČO 41601319, as data controller. Data will be used to verify participation and for marketing communications for the duration of the consent.Participants acknowledge their rights under Czech Act No. 101/2000 Coll., including: data provision is voluntary, consent may be withdrawn in writing, and rights to access, correct, block, or delete personal data.

8. Final Provisions

The Organizer is not liable for direct or indirect damages related to participation. Persons not meeting the conditions will not be included. The Organizer may exclude participants suspected of fraudulent behavior.The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, suspend, cancel, or amend the Event. Changes will be published on www.trailtour.run and take effect upon publication.The Organizer reserves the final right to assess compliance with the Event rules.
