On each stage’s page you’ll find the basic route parameters, the bonus coefficient, and a GPX file to download to your watch. There’s also a preview map with the course marked out—you can plan your itinerary here and either print everything to take with you on the trail or save the map to your phone. Preparation really matters.

If you want to appear in the results list and be in the running for prizes, you need to register. If you just want to run one of the stages without seeing yourself in the rankings, you’re welcome too. In that case, registration is not required—but you won’t be eligible for any prizes.

The results windows for each competition will be updated in real time. That’s why we strongly encourage you to pair your runs with the Strava app promptly and consistently. Please respect the maximum 5-day deadline for uploading your runs to Strava. The reason is simple: we want to maintain the atmosphere and attractiveness of the entire event for all participants.

A participant may complete each stage as many times as they like. Ten fastest attempts count. We obtain the GPS record of the stage from the Strava app, and the activity must be visible to other users and must include the relevant segment. The complete rules for viewing.
